With our external local partners, we obtain Environmental Permit, Zoning Permit and Building Permit for the project.

It includes information about the bidding process, evaluation criteria, deliverables, timeline, technical specifications and layouts to provide a clear and concise set of information for professional contractors and designers.

Complex projects require high standards of quality and performance. Screening potential general contractors based on their qualifications, experience, reputation and financial capacity. Tendering aims to select the best offer that meets technical and commercial requirements of the project. Contracting involves negotiating the terms and conditions of the contract and preparing a draft design-build/construction contract.
