OUR PROCESS

We work with clients to assess potential risks or defects that may affect the value, feasibility or performance of the property or the project. Site Technical Due Diligence helps owners make informed decisions and mitigate risks before they become costly or problematic.

We work with clients to define project needs, sustainability aims and milestones. Our process includes developing project plans, outline specifications, determining priorities and state-of-the-art energy efficiency solutions, defining project timeline and preparing preliminary cost plan.

Preparing detailed scope of study for topographical and geotechnical site surveys. Screening and contracting local professional survey companies to carry out fieldworks, laboratory, testing and reporting according to the study.

With our external local partners, we obtain Environmental Permit, Zoning Permit and Building Permit for the project.

Our Tender Design package outlines the scope, objectives and requirements of a project open for bidding. It includes information about the bidding process, evaluation criteria, deliverables, timeline, technical specifications and layouts to provide a clear and concise set of information for professional contractors and designers.

Complex projects require high standards of quality and performance. Screening potential general contractors based on their qualifications, experience, reputation and financial capacity. Tendering aims to select the best offer that meets technical and commercial requirements of the project. Contracting involves negotiating the terms and conditions of the contract and preparing a draft design-build/construction contract.

Our team oversees every aspect of construction process to ensure compliant performance and quality as well as timely and cost-effective completion, followed by testing and commissioning.
